Applicability
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA"), the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 effective January 1, 2023 ("CPRA"), other applicable California privacy legislation, and this CCPA Notice apply to visitors, users, independent contractors, and other California residents ("consumers" or "you"). In the preceding twelve (12) months, we do not "sell" information as commonly understood—we do not disclose Personal Information in direct exchange for money or other payment.
For retargeting and analytical purposes when promoting our Services, we utilise third-party tools that market our Services online ("Campaigns"), measure those Campaigns, and identify interested individuals. This involves placing cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies on our website and sharing online identifiers and behavioural information with these vendors.
The CCPA defines "sharing" as "communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer's personal information" to "a third party for cross-context behavioural advertising, whether or not for money or other valuable consideration." - When consumers use authorised agents to submit requests to know or delete, we may require that consumers:
- Provide the authorised agent with signed permission or power of attorney.
- Verify their identity directly with us.
- Directly confirm with us that they authorised the agent to submit the request.

Do Not Track Settings
Cal. Bus. and Prof. Code Section 22575 requires us to disclose how we respond to "Do Not Track" browser settings. As of this notice's effective date, no commonly accepted response standard exists for Do Not Track signals initiated by browsers. Therefore, we do not currently respond to Do Not Track settings. Do Not Track is a privacy preference you can set in your web browser to indicate that you do not want certain information about your web page visits tracked across websites.
